- Annual Ring Resizing: We offer complimentary resizing once every year for rings that are resizable within the possible range.
- Stone Replacement: Protect the full sparkle with up to three replacements for small stones, should they go missing.
- Rhodium Plating: Keep your ring shining brilliantly with free rhodium plating once per year. Note that this benefit does not accumulate and must be redeemed within each year of coverage.
- Damage Repair: Accidents happen, but we’ve got you covered with one free repair of damage per year, if repairable.
- Prong Tightening and Center Stone Security: To prevent loosening or loss, we provide an annual check and tightening of prongs.
It is the responsibility of the customer to utilize these services within each year of coverage, as they do not roll over to the subsequent year. The plan does not cover the loss or breakage of the center stone. After the initial three years, you will have the option to renew your plan, ensuring ongoing protection and care for your cherished jewelry.
Shipping Information
At Rudix Jewellery, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery for all orders:
- Processing Time: Orders are shipped on the next business day when in stock. For backordered or special items, we'll email you with updates.
- Delivery Times:
- Canada & U.S.: 1–2 business days (up to 7 in remote areas).
- International: 3–14 business days, depending on destination.
- Shipping Costs: Free shipping is available on most orders. Additional options and costs are displayed at checkout.
- Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number sent via email.
- International Customs: Duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility. Check your local customs office for details.
