At Rudix Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please read our Return Policy below:
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
Exceptions
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Custom-made jewelry
- Personalized jewelry
- Engraved jewelry
- Earrings and Pierced Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- One-of-a-Kind or Limited Edition Pieces
- Special Orders (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
- Clearance or Final Sale Items
- Vintage or Antique Jewelry (sold "as is")
- Gift Cards (non-refundable)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If your purchase meets the return criteria, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@rudixjewellery.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package your item securely, including all original packaging and paperwork.
- Include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation email with your RA number clearly marked on it.
- Ship your return to the address provided with your RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, please note that for international orders, you may be responsible for any applicable taxes and duties incurred in the return process.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be completed.
