Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your orders are processed efficiently and delivered to you in a timely manner. Order Processing Time

For items available in-store, we will ship on the first business day after your order is placed, provided it's a day when our store is open. In cases where items are out of stock, back-ordered, or qualify as a special order (e.g., non-stocked ring sizes), we will promptly email you to confirm the expected delivery date. Rest assured, we're committed to providing you with the fastest processing times possible.

Shipping Rates and Estimations

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on your shipping address. We may also offer free shipping for orders that meet a certain threshold. You can find detailed shipping options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs during the checkout process.

 

International Shipping:

We extend our services to customers around the world. If you're an international customer, please be aware that shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and available shipping options will be provided during the checkout process. Keep in mind that international shipping durations can vary significantly depending on your destination.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are not within our control, and they are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@rudixjewellery.com with your name and order number. We'll gladly assist you in tracking down your order.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We're here to serve you to the best of our ability. Some carriers may have restrictions when it comes to shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box address, we recommend checking with your chosen carrier regarding their policies.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at info@rudixjewellery.com. We take such situations seriously and will work diligently to resolve any issues, which may include providing a refund or replacing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • For majority of deliveries within Canada and the United States, you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 business days. However, some remote areas may take 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
  • For international shipments, the delivery time varies depending on the destination, typically ranging from 3 to 14 business days.

Express Shipping Options:

  • We offer express and expedited shipping options for faster delivery. The cost of these options will be displayed to the customer during the checkout process.

Shipping on Weekends and Holidays:

  • Please be aware that we do not process shipping orders on weekends or Thursdays (as we are closed on Thursdays). Additionally, shipping will not take place on long weekends and during store closure for holidays.

Signature Confirmation:

  • Some deliveries may require a customer signature upon receipt. The need for a signature will be determined by the chosen courier and type of shipment selected during the checkout process.
