Ring Sizing
Ensure a perfect fit with our complimentary ring sizing service. Inform us of your desired ring size before dispatch, and we'll tailor the ring to your specifications within 14 days. Please note that some rings cannot be resized due to their design or the extent of size adjustment required. To proceed smoothly, please provide us with the ring size at the time of purchase. If resizing turns out to be unfeasible, we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the U.S. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders, and the customer is responsible for any associated fees.

Enhance the lifetime of your jewelry with our exclusive 3-Year Extended Jewelry Protection Plan. For an additional fee, this plan ensures your piece receives the utmost care. Here’s what’s included:
- Annual Ring Resizing: We offer complimentary resizing once every year for rings that are resizable within the possible range.
- Stone Replacement: Protect the full sparkle with up to three replacements for any small stones up to 2.5 mm, should they go missing.
- Rhodium Plating: Keep your ring shining brilliantly with free rhodium plating once per year. Note that this benefit does not accumulate and must be redeemed within each year of coverage.
- Damage Repair: Accidents happen, but we’ve got you covered with one free repair of damage per year, if repairable.
- Prong Tightening and Center Stone Security: To prevent loosening or loss, we provide an annual check and tightening of prongs and the center stone.
It is the responsibility of the customer to utilize these services within each year of coverage, as they do not roll over to the subsequent year. The plan does not cover the loss or breakage of the center stone. After the initial three years, you will have the option to renew your plan, ensuring ongoing protection and care for your cherished jewelry.
